그러기에 성서에 의인은 없나니 하나도 없으며 깨닫는 자도 없고 하나님을 찾는 자도 없고 (롬 3 : 10 ~ 11 )라고 하였으며, 또 인간의 이러한 참경에 직면 하였던 바울은 내 속 사람으로는 하나님의 법을 즐거워 하되 내 지체 속에서 한 다른 법이 내 마음의 법과 싸워 내 지체 속에 있는 죄의 법 아래로 나를 사로밥아 오는 것을 보는도다. 오호라 나는 곤고 한 사람이로다.( 롬 7 : 22 ~ 24 )라고 개탄 하였던 것이다.

So in Bible St.Paul noted, " None is rightous, no, not one; no one understand ; and no one seeks for God. "(Rom, 3 : 10 ~ 11 ), and he confronted with these  terrible condition of human, lamented, " For I delight in the law of God, in my  inmost self, but I see in my members  another law at war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin which dwells in my members. Alas ! Wretched  man I am ! " ( Rom. 7 : 22 ~ 24 ).
