Dear Ray.

You do not respond me.
I want to know the reason why Ray do not respond me with this case.

Allow me to explain you the history of this case.

  1. As you can recognize I payed the cost for my new License of < i7-4790K CPU Desktop >.
  2. I found my new Activate Code was installed to my other desktop(i7-6700k CPU PC ) which has more than 400days of its license.
  3. My <i7-6700K CPU Desktop> has two license with two ACTIVATE CODES at the same time!
  4. I purchased my new License from <i7-4790K CPU Desktop > without other desktop(i7-6700 CPU Desktop ) which did not turned on !
  5. Your company made important and serious  mistake to my both desktop.
  6. < i7-6700K CPU Desktop > has two licenses at the same time and <i7-4790K CPU Desktop > has no license while I turned on only < i7-4790K CPU Desktop > without <i7-6700K CPU Desktop > which has its license already for more than 400 days.
  7. I purchased my new License with and for my < i7-4790K CPU Desktop >.
  8. But your company installed my new License to wrong PC which was not on and already has its License for more than 400 days.
  9. I recognized < What a fool Guy your staff was ! >.
  10. I tried to transfer my new License from < i7-6700K CPU Desktop > to < i7-4790K CPU Desktop> by myself without blame your staff.
  11. What is < NOT IN USE ? > !
  12. My new License become < NOT IN USE ! > due to the important and serious mistake of your company !
  13. I am sure the Legal Responsibility to recover my new License from < NOT IN USE > TO < IN USE ! > belongs to your company as your company created the cause of this case !
  14. The other times, I recognized and informed your company that your company has No ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTI - PRODUCTS WITH ONE CLIENT !
  15. Now I recognize again that Your Company has No Ability to Manage Multi-Products with One Client !
  16. If you could not solve and fix this case within 5 working days, I should confirm the Disability of your Company and seek another company for this case, but in that course, I would feel unhappy!
  17. In that case, I should use your software only One!
  18. But for my other two pcs, I would seek other companies other than you.
  19. I will up lord this letter on my own  3 Blogs, 2 Cafes, twitter and Facebook                             when your company has no ability to fix this case.
  20. I give you 5 working days !
