Greetings! We appreciate you getting in touch. My name is Ray. I'll be helping you out in your case.
We apologise for not being able respond sooner. We have tried retrieving the record for the previous case using the email address “BlueSky48123@outlook.com” but are unable to find it. Please let us have the incident request number which starts with “INC” for reference.
When purchasing a renewal, a 32-digit licence key is indeed required. The licence key is available on the licensing screen. We see that you have a licence which has expired on 24 April, 2020. After checking the licence, we see that the licence is not eligible for a manual renewal because it is the type which is automatically renewed. Since the automatic renewal option has been disabled. A new purchase is required. We see that you have purchased a new licence on 26 April, 2020.
In order the have the new licence activated, you may remove the subscription in the Kaspersky program which has expired and enter the new activation code to activate. The steps are as follows:
1. Click on “Subscription…” in the bottom right corner of the Kaspersky program window to access the licensing screen.
2. Click on “License information” or “Details”.
3. Click on “Delete”
4. Enter your new activation code to activate.
