1. Quotation from Peace Message X
As a miniature version of the phenomenal world, God created the physical body, and to establish it as the representative and master of the intangible world, He created the spirit body. ~ [ultimately] to enter the spirit world, the intangible world.
< Peace Messages, p. 177, middle of the 3rd line, to p. 178, end of the 2nd line >
2. Understanding the Quoted Passage from the Perspective of the Principle of Creation
*Generally, the spiritual world is described as the intangible world, and God, the master of the spiritual world, is explained as the intangible God. This concept is what the quoted passage develops.
However, the Bible testifies about God, the master of the spiritual world, described as the 'intangible God,' as follows;
'Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness..." (Genesis 1:26) God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Genesis 1:27)'
In other words, the Bible explains God, the master of the spiritual world, as an entity possessing 'image and likeness.'
If the external form, which resembles the internal nature, exists with certain shapes and forms, then it testifies that the internal nature, which the form resembles, also possesses certain shapes and forms.
Consequently, the internal and external nature of God, the master of the spiritual world, both possess certain 'shapes and forms.'
God, the master of the spiritual world, is not intangible but exists as a tangible reality.
It is merely explained as intangible because fallen humanity's spiritual sensory organs' recognition function has temporarily failed, making it unrecognizable to fallen humanity's physical sensory organs.
Therefore, the concept of explaining it as intangible is a temporary explanation based on the fallen humanity's malfunctioning spiritual sensory organs.
The Bible testifies that the spiritual world is never intangible (it's just that fallen humanity temporarily cannot recognize it) but a tangible reality.*
3. Conclusion
The explanation of the concept of the tangible and intangible worlds is merely a temporary explanation based on the malfunctioning spiritual sensory organs of fallen humanity and their abnormal functioning state.
The Bible testifies that God, the master of the spiritual world, exists as a tangible being possessing "shape and form" with both internal nature and external form. |
