the summary of the quoted statements:
A. and B. I. : The perfected Adam and Eve, and True Parents are God's manifestation in substance.

The True Parents, who have come as the perfected Adam and Eve,
are one with God and

3. Conclusion
God is the creator and parent of all beings.
The perfected human (Messiah) is a created being and a child of God.
This is similar to the analogy of a dove in a cage.
Even though a dove is in the cage,
we do not call the cage a dove.
