From the Spits to the Coolangatta along with sea side beach.

Making a Tourist's Paying Scenic  Road

would be the most beautiful resource

for tourism in the World.

Parking Place would be a big Issue

for the future of Gold Coast.

Allow the < City Planer Committee Members >

visit the Mermaid Beach residential area at the late evening.

They would find a big chaos with parking cars on the Road of

Residential area in Gold Coast.

The New house building planers

should provide safe parking  site at the bottom of their house.

Harm Palm Tree Issue.

Some kind of Palm tree was found as an Harmful tree

against the Health and Life for the Citizens.

City Mayor has the responsibility to keep Citizens' Health and Life safe 

with clearing those harmful trees from residential area.

Prohibit the harmful palm trees to be sold on the market places and shops

and

Cut off all harm Palm trees from residential area as soon as fast.

To make Gold Coast  more Beautiful.

Gold Coast City is the best beautiful residential area

not only Australia but also on the earth with

1000ms Mountains at her back,

Blue sea with charming Sand in her front,

And The Lakes, Rivers, Canals in her chest

like the small blood net lines in her body.

But the city planners designs

to cover the beautiful public waters with Concert and Brick Wall and

Tries to hide the public waters from Citizens and Tourists

to make Gold Coast into

Concert and Brick Wall Cage.

Never allow the city planners

to design to build with hiding the charming public water

with new Concert and Brick Wall.

The Water Resources are the most important Public Assets  forever with

Belonging to The Gold Coast Citizens.
