The position that the Messiah must represent and fulfill on earth is the position of the True Parents.

Then what are the True Parents?

They are the horizontal parents centered on horizontal true love, standing as the substitute for the vertical True Father.

Christianity says that the Messiah is God and that God is the Messiah, but that is incorrect.

God is the vertical True Father.

2. The Principle-Based and Christological

 Understanding of the Above Passage.

According to the Principle of Creation,

the existence of God is:

• the Absolute Divine Spiritual Original Essence, and

• the Absolute Divine Truth Original Essence.

A perfected human being is:

• the Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence in Image, which is the completed image-type individuality of God’s Original Sung-sang and Original Hyung-sang, and

• the Individual Truth Perfect Essence in Image, which is the completed truth-type individuality of God’s Original Sung-sang and Original Hyung-sang.

All perfected beings in the created universe, except human beings, are:

• the Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence in Symbol, and

• the Individual Individual Truth Perfect Essence in Symbol,

which are symbolic manifestations of God’s Original Sung-sang and Original Hyung-sang.

The relationship between God and human beings is:

• Creator Subject : Created Object

• Subject : Image-type Object

• Parent : Child

• Spiritual Being : Spiritual–Physical Being

• Original Sung-sang and Original Hyung-sang as Spiritual Original Essence : Image-type Object of Sung-sang and Hyung-sang

Because the Messiah is the Perfected Adam,

the Messiah—who is the completed Individual Truth Perfect Essence and Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence—

is to be the Main Holy Temple (本聖殿) in which God’s Spirit dwells in image.

The One who is the Absolute Spiritual Original Essence and the Absolute Truth Original Essence

is not to take on a physical body and descend to earth.

When a dove enters a birdcage,

the cage is not to be chemically or physically transformed into a dove.

The cage remains a cage,

and the dove remains a dove.

They are simply:

a cage, and a dove dwelling in the cage.

When a perfected human being is sanctified,

the image-type Spirit of God that had dwelt in that perfected human being

is to be naturally separated,

and the spirit self and physical body of the perfected human being

are likewise to be separated.

The physical body is to return to nature,

and the spirit self is to enter the spirit world

and is to become one with God

(becoming one cell of God’s spiritual Original Essence),

and is to live eternally

(as taught in Cheon Seong Gyeong).

The Perfected Adam,

who comes as the completed Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence

and the completed Individual Truth Perfect Essence,

is the Tree of Life, the Messiah,

the image-type object partner of God’s Original Sung-sang and Original Hyung-sang,

and the created object in the position of God’s son.

The Perfected Adam is

the image-type completed Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence

and the image-type completed Individual Truth Perfect Essence

of God’s Original Sung-sang—

the Tree of Life, the Messiah.

The Messiah,

as the image-type completed Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence

and the image-type completed Individual Truth Perfect Essence

of God’s Original Sung-sang,

is the image-type spiritual–physical object partner of God,

the Tree of Life,

and the position of the Perfected Adam.

The Messiah is not

the “Self, Essence, or Being” of God,

who is the Absolute Spiritual Original Essence and Absolute Truth Original Essence.

The Messiah,

as the image-type completed Individual Spiritual Perfect Essence

and the image-type completed Individual Truth Perfect Essence

of God’s Original Sung-sang,

is the image-type spiritual–physical object partner of God,

the Tree of Life,

the position of the Perfected Adam,

and the created object in the position of God’s image-type son.

If Eve—who is the created object, the daughter of God,

and the image-type completed essence of God’s Absolute Spiritual Original Essence—

were to become perfected,

she is not to be transformed into God’s body,

nor to become the spouse of God the Father,

nor is the image-type spiritual–physical object partner (the daughter)

to be transformed into the spiritual Original Essence of the Creator.

Such a claim contradicts Christology

and is logically, biochemically, physically, and contextually inconsistent.

God’s purpose of creation

was not to take on a physical body.

(The Creator God already possesses a spiritual Original Essence as a spiritual being.

Genesis 1:26–27)

The biblical testimony concerning God’s form in the spiritual world is:

God possesses a spiritual form

with image and likeness.

Because of the Fall,

the human spiritual five senses became dysfunctional

and are unable to perceive spiritual reality.

When human beings are restored and perfected,

their spiritual five senses are to be restored to normal function,

and the spiritual Original Essence of God

is to be perceived

(as explained in the cited passages A and B).

Driven by the irresistible emotional impulse of love,

God created Adam and Eve

as His image-type object partners

for the purpose of love.

When the subject feels its own Sung-sang and Hyung-sang

reflected and stimulated through the object,

the heart of joy and love is generated.

Therefore, God,

in order to feel joy and possess delight,

created human beings as His image-type object partners

and all things as His symbolic object partners.

He is the spiritual Original Essence, Creator, and Parent of all creation.

Even God

was lonely without an object of love.

Love, joy, delight, satisfaction, happiness, heart, glory, honor, and praise

are not emotions that arise alone.

They necessarily arise from the object partner.

3. Conclusion.

The cited passages above

overlap significantly with earlier texts,

so the explanations in this post

are also largely similar.

However, in this post,

the Christological explanation of the Messiah’s position

according to the Principle of Creation

is described in greater detail.

Most of the cited passages

should be understood as symbolic and metaphorical expressions

of the absolute value of God’s original ideal of creation.

The perfected human being (the Tree of Life, the Messiah)

is, in terms of value,

the image-type created object partner

who stands as the value-equal image-type child

of the Creator, the spiritual Original Essence,

the Parent of love and heart—

but still a created object, not the Creator.
