Sovereign Categorical Imperative Declaration !

 

1. Source of Sovereignty.

All power in the Republic of Korea originates from the people.

2. Obligation of State Institutions.

No state institution has the right to refuse or delay the command of the sovereign people.

3. Constitutional Order.

Any act that violates or obstructs the constitutional order is a crime against the nation.

4. Judicial Reform.

The judiciary is an institution of the people and must be restructured to restore the people’s trust.

5. National Survival.

Judicial reform is not a choice but a condition for national survival.

6. Institutional Responsibility.

All state institutions must immediately and substantively contribute to the restoration of constitutional order.

7. Dismantling of Harmful Structures.

Concentration of power, closed systems, opacity, and the absence of external oversight must be dismantled without delay.

8. Historical Accountability.

Any refusal of responsibility in a moment of national crisis bears accountability before history.

9. National Mandate.

The present reform is not a partisan matter but a national mandate determining the future of the Republic of Korea.
